Volunteering is a fabulous way to connect with other members of Westwinds, share and build your skills, and to contribute to this fabulous organization! Westwinds Spring Concert Volunteers

Concert and special event volunteers sell tickets, take photos and generally welcome people to our events. These are one-time commitments, but we’d love to know if this is of interest to you so we can reach out as we need help.
Digital Librarian

Manages the Digital Library including music scanning, uploading music to the website and managing digital files.
Editor of The Warbler

The editor of The Warbler is responsible for creating, compiling and assembling stories. This is a great opportunity to share your writing skills and showcase Westwinds.

Group Manager

Group managers are the main contact for their ensemble. A main task is sharing news from the board and the director with your group. This position is a great way to get to know all the members of your ensemble.
Percussion Moving Team

The percussion moving team picks up percussion equipment from our storage facility and transports it to various concert venues. Two people with experience moving percussion are required, and an additional four people to assist.
Record Keeper of Music Performed

In this role volunteers help us keep track of music performed by our ensembles. It involves entering music in a template and can be done from home.
Social Media Coordinator

If you are familiar with various social media platforms and would like to help us showcase our events and programs, this is a great opportunity.
There may be opportunities to support the coordinator.
Stage Manager

Stage managers are needed at concerts to direct groups to their warm up rooms, and to communicate with groups when they are "next up" and where they should go when they finish their performance. Stage managers must familiarize themselves with the concert venue prior to arrival of groups, and with the concert schedule.
