The Westwinds Executive is an elected body that
operates and administers the affairs of the Society.
The Executive holds a regular monthly meetings, as
well as the Annual General Meeting in October and
Special Meetings and Planning Sessions throughout the
year.
The Executive is re-elected every year in April with
the new Executive memebers taking over their positions
in June of the same year.
The Executive Board consists of 5 Voting Members, 4
of which are elected on an Annual Basis:

The Executive Committee consists of non-voting ad-hoc
positions within the Society and these members often
